At Ladakh Life, we understand that travel plans may change due to personal, professional, or unforeseen circumstances. We aim to keep the cancellation process simple, transparent, and fair for all our guests.
Our trips include accommodations, transport, permits, and local services booked in advance with multiple partners. Therefore, cancellations are subject to service provider policies as well as operational commitments already made at the time of booking.

| Important Note: Certain bookings such as hotels in peak season, flights, permits (Inner Line Permit), and specially negotiated services may carry stricter or non-refundable cancellation policies. These will be communicated at the time of booking. |
Important Guidelines
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via registered email or WhatsApp from your registered contact details.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
- Processing fees and payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds do not carry any interest.
